Windows SmartScreen

Pesan: "Windows protected your PC" + "Don't run".

Fix:

  1. Klik More info
  2. Klik Run anyway

Ini normal untuk installer baru — reputation akan naik seiring waktu.

Antivirus karantina

Pesan: AV popup "threat detected".

Fix:

  1. Whitelist PhoneGrid di AV:
    • Windows Defender: Virus & threat protection → Exclusions → Add folder C:\Program Files\PhoneGrid\
    • Norton/Kaspersky/Bitdefender: Exceptions → add folder same
  2. Download installer ulang (yang di-quarantine rusak)
  3. Run as Administrator

NSIS stuck saat extract

Pesan: Progress bar stuck, "Extracting..."

Fix:

  • Disable AV real-time scan sementara
  • Jalankan installer dari folder lain (jangan Desktop)
  • Run as Administrator

Android APK gagal install

"App not installed - package conflict with existing package"

Versi lama PhoneGrid ter-install dengan cert berbeda.

Fix:

  1. Settings → Apps → PhoneGrid → Uninstall
  2. Install APK baru

"Install blocked" / "For your security..."

Fix:

  1. Buka APK di file manager → muncul prompt install
  2. Klik Settings → enable Allow from this source
  3. Back → Install

"Blocked by Play Protect"

Fix:

  1. Klik Install anyway (sometimes) atau
  2. Play Store → Settings → Play Protect → Scan apps with Play Protect → disable sementara
  3. Install APK
  4. Enable Play Protect lagi setelah install

"App not compatible with your device"

Device Android <7.0 tidak di-support.

Fix: Upgrade Android atau ganti device.

Installer ZIP parse error

APK rusak saat download.

Fix:

  • Cek ukuran file — harus ~3.8 MB (PhoneGrid Controller)
  • Download ulang dari source resmi

Desktop spawn ENOENT / "Failed to start"

Gejala: PhoneGrid.exe buka tapi error popup "Failed to start services".

Fix:

  1. Run as Administrator (right-click → Run as Administrator)
  2. Cek %APPDATA%\PhoneGrid\logs\backend.log — cari line ENOENT untuk identify missing file
  3. Reinstall
