Upgrade
- Buka https://phonegrid.id/pricing
- Klik Subscribe di plan yang dipilih
- Pilih cycle (bulanan / tahunan)
- Checkout via Midtrans (lihat Cara Bayar)
Setelah pembayaran confirmed:
- User tier di-update dalam <1 detik (via WS push)
- Semua device yang login pakai akun kamu akan dapat update license dalam <5 menit (via poll)
- Quota baru langsung aktif
Downgrade
Otomatis di akhir periode billing. Tidak ada refund pro-rata.
- Ganti tier di https://phonegrid.id/account
- Kalau jumlah device > quota tier baru, device oldest akan di-disable sampai total ≤ quota
License key (Lifetime / Promo)
Kalau dapat license key (dari partner, promo, dll):
- Desktop → Account page → Redeem License Key
- Paste key
- Klik Redeem
Key redeem satu kali, bind ke akun kamu permanent. Tidak bisa dipakai user lain setelah redeem.
HWID binding
Satu device (1 PC) = 1 slot di quota maxPcs. Kalau ganti PC:
- Uninstall PhoneGrid dari PC lama (atau login dari PC baru → konfirmasi pindah)
- Max 1 HWID swap per 24 jam (anti-abuse)
